Meet the Founder: Greg Evans, Owner of Sandhill Property Management
Sandhill Property Management is rooted in a genuine love for Montana and a passion for providing exceptional property management services in the Missoula area. Our CEO and founder, Greg Evans, first came to Missoula to attend the University of Montana and, like so many others, was captivated by the breathtaking landscape and the welcoming community. What began as a temporary chapter quickly evolved into a deep connection, leading Greg to proudly call Montana his forever home. With a professional background firmly established in the dynamic worlds of finance and technology, Greg brings a unique blend of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and a forward-thinking approach to the property management industry. His keen understanding of numbers and his embrace of technological solutions ensure that Sandhill Property Management operates with efficiency, transparency, and a focus on maximizing returns for our clients.
The journey into property management was a personal one for Greg. After the rewarding experience of building a tiny house and successfully managing it as a rental, he recognized an opportunity to leverage his skills and passion to serve other property owners in the region.
